Dear cycling enthusiasts!
Let's become a stronger cyclist by making your body more efficient.
The concept: don't eat from dawn till dusk and ride and easy flat ride with Antwerp with us in corona-compliant pelotons.
(we do recommend everyone to drink enough water during the day and to take an emergency-gelleke with you)
We'll provide you with a necessary mental aid-station and a recovery shake to enjoy when you get home and when you can eat again!
